They were punctual gave an honest appraisal that both cars needed new filler valves and changed them promptly. The systems were re-gassed and have been working well since. In comparison I had a previous quote from another service that said my newer vehicle required an evaporator core due to it leaking. This would have cost a small fortune (in the thousands of dollars) as it necessitated removal of the whole dash to gain access. He was already expecting us even though we were running early. Into the office we went, offered some cold water (brilliant coming out of a hot car), and were kept informed every step of the way. It's not a mystery why there are over 500 5 star reviews here. We were not treated to special service. This is how they treat customer after customer. I loved how every customer was kept in the loop of their diagnosis and repair. The office had a lovely busy but relaxed atmosphere which always says staff are happy to be there. Super friendly and ready to help. Fit me in quickly and were there at the right time. The tech was super friendly and was a me to narrow down the issue to being electrical rather than gas but no more than that. If the pressure switch or the power to the comp clutch could have been tested that would have narrowed my fault a bit more and saved a bit of leg work. The guy that done my aircon came out and even he was fantastic to deal with. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and explained things well. I am usually cautious with new places wondering if I will be taken for a ride......but not once did I feel concerned that I was gonna be ripped off or get lied to. While I was there, 2 other staff members arrived in the company van and was really polite with a Hi and smiles. Most places people just walk by and don't even look. Was just a great welcoming experience allround that made me leave happy with the experience. Whoever owns the company....you have a fantastic crew working there.
